Step-by-Step Instructions

   Fill the form completely in BLOCK LETTERS using black or blue pen

   Attach self-attested copies of all required documents

   Submit the form at nearest Aadhaar enrollment center

   Biometric verification (fingerprints and iris scan) will be done at center

   Collect acknowledgment slip with enrollment number

6. 6

   Track status online using enrollment number

7. 7

   Aadhaar will be delivered to registered address within 90 days
